If you email support, we receive the email address and message you choose to send. Do not include sensitive project, payment, account, or identity information.

Calculator inputs

Website calculator inputs are processed in your browser. BuildMath does not require an account to use these tools and does not intentionally transmit the measurements to a BuildMath calculation server.

BuildMath purchases

Apple processes App Store distribution and payment. BuildMath does not receive your card number or Apple ID password. Purchase status may be checked through Apple and the app's purchase service provider.

How information is used

Limited information is used to answer support requests, operate the website and app, validate purchase access, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
